Paying big dividends

Salon Premium membership has its privileges, apparently. Salon emailed me today with an offer of Wired free for a year as a benefit to members. No doubt it will come with much unsolicited junk mail, but membership has its privileges.
Along with the Utne Reader subscription, no ads on Salon (a refreshing experience these days in this ad-saturated medium), and a Mother Jones subscription, this is looking like a well-spent $30.
