Watching the first broadcast of Jimmy Kimmel Live
right now. It's the new late-night talk show on ABC which will be competing with Leno and Letterman.
One of the writers for the show is Bill Simmons, who used to write regularly from ESPN, but left his gig to move to L.A. and write for Kimmel.
So far, it's halfway decent, and far better than Conan in his first season. Kimmel has a good roster of guests tonight, including Snoop Dogg, George Clooney, and Warren Sapp from the Superbowl champion Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
