Got some neat stuff for Christmas
.
Natural Capitalism. A book that forwards the theory that, regardless of the market in which a company competes, it is economically more profitable to run an eco-friendly company than not.
dot.bomb. A book that tells tales about startups in California during the dotcom boom and crash. It's a topic that has been done to death, but it supposed to be one of the better books on the topic.
A Random Walk Down Wall Street. Recommended by JoelOnSofware.com, it supposedly has a ton of investor information and strategies, and is written in a clear, entertaining manner.
Contributions to my Flooring Fund. I need to carpet my bedroom and get some hardwood laminate to get my place looking dope.
Back To The Future Trilogy DVD. I let out a nerdy cry of glee when I first discovered that BTTF would be released on DVD this year, and was promptly lampooned for my enthusiasm by my oh-so-supportive co-workers. But I had asked for this for xmas two years ago, so I'm psyched to sit down to watch MJ Fox take on some Libyans while Huey Lewis and the News croons in the background.
Merry christmas, y'all.

I am a BIG fan of laminate flooring.
So much so that I laminated my last girlfriend.
She ended up being absolutely floored.
